Our Seminar Sales Executive roles are home based and do not require travel, except for occasional events in Union, NJ. We therefore seek highly organized individuals who are self-starters, well organized, and systematic sales people with outstanding communication skills. NOTE: persons within 55 minutes commuting time to Union, NJ will be expected to be office based.

Position Description:

The Seminar Sales Executive is an individual contributor role and is the principal driver of our sales efforts. The role involves constant contact with our existing and future client base in the medical device and in-vitro device industry. The role responds to inquiries from prospects who have shown interest in the training, auditing, and consulting services through which we have optimized businesses for over 50 years. This role also gives the opportunity to expand influence with our customers and prospects by uncovering their needs, tailoring our solutions, and – most importantly – persuading their decision-makers to take action with us.

Person Description:

  • Outstanding level of communication, both verbal and written
  • Awareness of identifying opportunities on social media platforms
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with prospective clients and to find new prospects
  • Passion for developing existing client relationships to further the brand and increase sales
  • Identifies potential new trends in client buying needs or behaviors
  • Demonstrates flexibility in day-to-day working in the team and in approach to unique client issues

Basic Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree in any field
  • Evidence of making an average of 60 outbound calls and taking 30 inbound calls per day
  • Evidence of closing sales in the range of $3,000 – $12,000 per sale

Industry Requirements:

  • Experience selling complex solutions
  • Experience selling to technical experts and to management levels in large companies
  • Experience selling seminars, training courses, consulting services, or other highly technical solutions

Travel: Occasional travel to Union, NJ may be required if based remotely.

Compensation: Base salary $50,000+ with full benefits and generous commission scheme.
