Our Seminar Sales Executive roles can be either home based or located in our head office in Union, NJ (once COVID-19 protocols have been eased). We are seeking highly organized individuals who are self-starters, well organized, systematic salespeople with outstanding communication skills.

Position Description:
This is an individual contributor role and is the principal driver of our sales efforts. The role involves constant contact with our existing and future client base in the life sciences industry. The role responds to inquiries from prospects who have shown interest in our training, auditing, and consulting services. This role also gives the opportunity to expand influence with our customers and prospects by uncovering their needs, tailoring our solutions, and – most important – persuading their decision makers to take action with us.

Person Description:

  • Displays an outstanding level of communication, both verbal and written.
  • Has awareness of identifying opportunities on social media platforms.
  • Possesses the ability to solve problems and demonstrate critical thinking.
  • Has the ability to build rapport quickly with prospective clients and find new prospects.
  • Has a passion for developing client relationships to further the brand and increase sales.
  • Is adept at identifying potential new trends in client buying needs or behaviors.
  • Demonstrates creativity in day-to-day teamworking as well as approaches to client issues.

Basic Qualifications

  • Associate degree in any field or five years of relevant sales experience
  • Evidence of making an average of 60 outbound calls and taking 30 inbound calls per day
  • Evidence of closing sales in the per-sale range of $3,000-$12,000
  • Familiarity with broad technology, including office systems, social media, and devices
Industry Requirements
Experience in selling:
  • Complex solutions related to training, auditing, or consulting
  • Seminars, training courses, and / or consulting services
  • Quality assurance or regulatory affairs support services (a plus)
  • To technical experts and management levels

Travel: No regular travel is associated with this role.

Compensation: Base: $50,000 with full benefits, and a generous commission scheme.
