Position Description 

The Operations Assistant, Life Sciences will be responsible for the essential documentation related to planning, delivery and completion of our many courses and provision of documents of completion for our clients.

The schedule is 15 - 20 hours per week, Monday - Thursday.

Position Responsibilities
  • Scanning course paperwork, checking the paperwork for completeness, and entering it into our computer system.
  • Keeping track of outstanding paperwork and following up with trainers as needed presentations.
  • Generating automated emails related to training classes and course follow-up.
  • Managing course details, such as training rosters, lists of topics that students want to learn about during training, and exam results.
  • Creating certificates related to training classes (using an electronic template we provide) and sending the certificates out to course attendees.
  • Assisting with general office duties.
Basic Qualifications
  • Experience in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time/deadline/work tasks 
  • Demonstrate an orientation for detail. 
  • Experience and comfort with computers (we provide training on internal systems)
