Our full-time roles are home based and occasionally require the ability to travel to client sites for delivery, or completion of assignments at home. Position Description

The Director – Instructional Design is responsible collaborating with other learning professionals and our expert team of consultants to coordinate the creation, update, preparation and improvement of training solutions for the Life Science, Medical Device industry. Therefore, experience developing learning solutions within a highly regulated industry is highly desirable.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant subject
  • A minimum of 5 years of instructional design experience
  • Ability to use the ‘Articulate’ software

Developing / Updating Training Assets

  • Design and create e-learning modules using Articulate
  • Perform instructional design on new/updated training course materials
  • Prepare new/updated training course materials for handoff to Production, including collaborating with subject matter experts
  • Improve training offerings and support for our customers
Training Coordination
  • Prepare, in collaboration with training unit, update schedules for courses based on the subject matter of the course and strategic plans
  • Coordinate course development / update schedules and activities
  • Manage external editors as they review training course materials
  • Design, implement and improve the training processes
  • Communicate training course updates and schedules to Marketing and Production.

Travel: Ability to travel up to 20% of the time domestically.
